Written repair quote carried out within 2 hours of my enquiry. Photographs taken before, during and when the new roof completed. Updates given throughout the replacement work. All debris removed during the replacement. I cannot fault any aspect of the work carried out.

James came over to repair our flat roof after we had some problems. We were extremely impressed by the work he carried out. He initially came to take a look and provided us with a quote. The quote was cost-effective and the communications we have had with James from day one has been great. The work has been outstanding and James was extremely polite and professional.

JRS roofing and scaffolding were very accommodating as I was on holiday and all works were moved around and spread out to suit my time. Which is very unheard of with most tradesmen Very polite and clean and we are very satisfied with the end product Would highly recommend all in all Mr stock and his men are partial to a strong black coffee in the rain.

Before quoting for the job, photos of the leaking area on the roof were provided, with a clear explanation of what was required. James was exceptionally helpful and at our property to check the damage within 40 minutes of me contacting him.
As a local resident he worked out a good price for us, got us a quick quote once he'd checked the damage, and it was repaired within 48 hours.

I noticed a leak coming through my flat roof in my loft extension. A few companies refused the work due to it being too difficult to get to.
To my luck, I managed to find James who was recommended by neighbour of mine.

Dismantled the existing chimney, and then laid new tiles over it which matched the existing roof. Scaffold supplied 10/10 experience.

Fast, efficient, very tidy and cleaned any mess rapidly to make sure kids didn’t drag dirt into the house. Very courteous and respectful at all times and even made sure everything was safe for dog to enter the Darden and not get hurt with any debris.
